We’re proud to share that Ian Lemmon, Training Manager at Beijer Ref Academy, was Head Judge at this week’s WorldSkills UK Regional Qualifier at the NEC as part of the Installer Show.
This flagship event, run by BESA (Building Engineering Services Association), is designed to raise standards and showcase the next generation of talent in our industry. Candidates are tested through hands-on, real-world tasks across diagnostics, fabrication, and maintenance – all with a clear focus on energy efficiency and sustainability.
A huge congratulations to Ian and everyone involved in promoting skills excellence across the sector.
