This ensures that your company offers high quality installations and provides a maintenance and repair service using accredited factory trained engineers.
COMPLIANCE, LEGISLATION & COMPETENCE
Expert Training Courses
These courses ensure that your engineers receive the latest & professional product training available.
- The understanding of product features, how they benefit
your needs, your customers’ needs and how to apply them to projects. - How to correctly install and commission systems to ensure each installation offers untroubled durability during its life cycle.
- How to maintain and service the products installed including system diagnostics.
In addition Beijer Ref Academies are both City & Guilds and BESA approved and offer all the ‘standard’ training courses.
The Beijer Ref Academies recognise the need for non-product specific training. Understanding people is also a key part of our everyday life. With this in mind we have introduced the ‘Chameleon’ module which is designed to help you and your team understand themselves and their colleagues to develop a more respectful and productive working relationship.
