These 30-minute consultations are available to all customers who wish to discuss anything related to refrigerants. Whether that be to better understand the legislation surrounding the supply and application of refrigerants, discuss a specific project and what refrigerants would best suit your application, how to help your customer protect their investment long term or to discuss how to approach applications using A2L, or CO2, refrigerants.
We also offer advise on how you can recover refrigerants to assist in the long-term availability of refrigerants for servicing existing equipment. Our specialist team will be able to provide un-biased, up to date support to help you make the right choice for your business and your customers.
Clinic appointments must be booked a minimum of 3 working days in advance; this is to ensure we allocate the most suitable team member to handle your consultation.
Once a clinic is booked you will receive a booking confirmation email, within that email is a brief pre-clinic questionnaire that must be completed a minimum of 3 working days before the appointment.
